DOMESTIC and INTERNATIONAL  Shipping Policy

 

Shipment processing time

 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays (orders with customization may take longer than 3 days)

(for international orders delivery may take from 3 to 10 days)

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

DOMESTIC 

Flat rate = AED 30 for Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Al Fujairah

EXCEPT FOR THE WESTERN REGION AND REMOTE AREAS = AED 50

 INTERNATIONAL 

DEPENDS ON COUNTRY AND WEIGHT OF ORDER 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

 

ART POST OFFICE is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods to claim an exchange.
